What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the accessible areas of the property, from the rooftop to the foundation. We’re trained to identify defects and report the current state of systems and components of the home.
General Home Inspection - $350
A general inspection will cover all accessible components and systems of the home such as the roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Pricing is subject to increase due to square footage, age and commute. See below.
Termite Inspection - $75
Performed by an Ohio licensed Termite Inspector to search for evidence and presence of termites, carpenter ants and other wood destroying organisms.
Radon Inspection - $150
A written report of the amount of radon found in the home over the span of the 48 hour test.
Square Footage and Age
$50 additional for every additional 500 square feet for homes larger than 2,500 square feet. For homes larger than 5,000 square feet, please call for a quote.
$50 additional for every 50 years of age the home has.
Commercial Inspections
$0.25 per square foot minimally. Pricing is subject to increase to a maximum of $0.50 per square foot due to age, number of appliances, electrical panels, etc.
Commute
$50 additional for 1 hour commute. $25 additional for each subsequent half hour. Our business is based in Carlisle, Ohio.
